Market Trend :- Today, first day of the week Indian stock market fell. After break 275 points Sensex was down to 17,000. Nifty fell by 1.5% but managed to stay above 5100. Eurozone debt crisis is starting to take over the head. Spanish Bond prices have been rising rapidly. Further doubts about China's growth, which is also Asian markets falling strongly today. BSE Sensex declined 281 points ie 1.6% to close at 16 877. NSE Nifty 87 points, ie 1.7% with weakness to close at 5118.

today Maruti shares dropped almost 6% to Rs 1081.50 due to uncertainties about Manesar plant. Sesa Goa, Sterlite Industries, Hindalco, Tata Steel, Jindal Steel and SAIL ended with weakness of of 4.7 to 2.5%. In addition JP Associates, IDFC, GAIL India, Reliance Infra, BHEL, Siemens, Tata Motors, DLF, Asian Paints, Bharti Airtel, Wipro, BPCL, ICICI Bank, Bank of Baroda, Bajaj Auto and Tata Power stocks had dropped off 4.7 to %. However Dr Reddy's, Cipla and ONGC shares closed with jumed by 0.8 to 1.2%.
Midcap stocks Pantaloon Retail, HDIL, Godrej Industries, Shriram City and Allcargo most of declined by 5.5 to 8.3%. But Midcap stocks like Bajaj Hindustan Mr Global Tradefin, Puravankara Projects, Bajaj Finance, and MTNL closed at 2.8 to 10% strength. In addition Small Cap stocks like Surana Industries, Gayatri Projects, NRB Bearings, and Ram Kashyap Industries broke off from 6.5 to 9.2%. However Peninsula Land, Jiomitrik, Mastek, Gujarat Ambuja Exports and Sayaji Hotel as small-cap stocks closed higher from 6 to 11.5%.
