Stock Market Trend :- Market caught up in last Special trading session. Sensex up 75 points at 17 209 and Nifty closed at 5209 up 18 points. Government stocks was up by 1.5.% and Realty, Banking, Metal, Consumer Durables, Auto, Power, Healthcare, FMCG stocks were 1 to 0.% stronger. Oil & Gas, Capital Goods, IT, Tech stocks had slight edge. Sterlite Industries, Maruti Suzuki, Hindalco, ICICI Bank, Bajaj Auto, Jindal Steel, BHEL, NTPC surged between 2-1%. ONGC, Hero MotoCorp, DLF, M & M, Tata Steel, ITC, HDFC Bank, Wipro, Tata Motors, HDFC, GAIL, Reliance, Cipla in the 0.8 to 0.5 per cent.
Small and Medium stocks was up 0.6 %. Midcap Stocks - National Fertilizers, HMT, RCF rose 15.25 to 8.%. In Small Cap Stocks like Gemini , Dredging Corp., Sayaji Hotel, STC India surged between 12.5 to 10 %. Last week Sensex fall 1.1% and Nifty down 1.6%.
