From April 1 to Roam and Eat - Drink everything will be expensive because Air travel and Rail travel is expensive. Budget increased to 2% service tax and excise duty rates for both have been 12% now. Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki has announced to raise prices of their cars, Mercedes-Benz car prices also has decided to raise up to Rs 3 lakh. In addition they Smoke, Inported bicycle, Inported clothing, 99% pure Gold, non - branded Gold Jewelry, Gems and Colored Stones are included. after increasing Service tax rates Air travel and services such as restaurant food will be too expensive.
In this Budget Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee have cheaper things that are Solar Power Tools, CFL lamps, LCD, LED TV, and include branded Silver jewelery as well as expensive mobile phones now have to pay lower prices to consumers.
